About This Course
AI for Executives is a three-course, non-technical program that equips managers to lead AI adoption across the business. You’ll master core concepts and data strategy (Course 1), move to decision-making and integration—NLP, predictive analytics, reinforcement learning, and genetic algorithms (Course 2)—and then apply AI to CRM for personalization, chatbots/LLMs, churn and CLV, and voice/sentiment analytics (Course 3).
