About This Course

By the end of this course, you will (1) perform Gua Sha techniques safely and effectively and (2) understand their therapeutic applications across traditional and modern contexts. Guided by Dr. Constance Bradley, you’ll explore the origins, theory, and mechanisms of this ancient scraping therapy. Each module combines historical insight with hands-on demonstration, teaching how to treat pain, inflammation, and tension using appropriate pressure and tools. You’ll also learn how to select regions and techniques for musculoskeletal or systemic conditions, supported by current evidence.
