The course begins with an introduction to personalization in practice, highlighting where and why dynamic blocks are applied in email marketing and other communication channels. Learners then explore prompt engineering, building templates that insert variables to generate customized outputs at scale. Through hands-on labs, they design dynamic blocks, write and test prompts, and save AI-generated variations into a CSV file for A/B testing.
