About This Course

It focuses on gender equality as a fundamental pillar for sustainable and inclusive growth in the region. The Inter-American Development Bank promotes the inclusion and empowerment of women, generating knowledge and tools to foster more inclusive societies. Through AcademiaBID, the course offers knowledge from experts in leadership, gender, and diversity, providing leadership skills, self-knowledge, emotional intelligence, confidence, resilience, and persuasive communication.
